Having served as a leader at three institutions in higher education, I understand the challenges you face. Leadership coaching provides you with the opportunity to talk with an experienced professional who can give you perspective and ask critical questions.

As a leader, I quickly understood that I could often find myself in an isolated position. In order to serve effectively, I needed to discuss and process issues and concerns, but often I did not have an individual who could serve as a sounding board in ways that did not compromise my own leadership role or overburden them in their role.
